Commissioned bears

“Commissioned bears” are personalised bears…usually with embroidered pads, sometimes with added accessories such as jewellery or special clothing. A typical commission might be a child’s first bear or a bear made to commemorate the birth of a child. It is possible to add your own material to the pads for a keep sake such as a Christening gown or wedding dress etc. Also some have been made as a commemoration bear for someone that has passed. These bears can be made with safety eyes instead of glass eyes.
